Intro
GB Tech Day is Grupo Boticário's largest technology event, bringing together innovation, expertise, and the people shaping the future of the business. For this edition, we developed an identity system that reflects this ambition through a contemporary and forward-looking visual language. Isometric forms became the foundation of the project. Moving beyond flat graphics, we introduced structures with volume and depth, playing with gradients and bold compositions that give the identity a greater sense of scale. The iconography extends this language into function. Each symbol was redrawn to carry the same visual weight as the broader system, translating the event's core pillars: Integrate, Automate, Enable, Humanize, Simplify, Inspire. Form and meaning working together. The project reflects a moment of transformation for Grupo Boticário. As the organization continues to advance with a focus on innovation and tangible results, the identity reflects that same evolution through a visual language built on scale, clarity, and confidence.
